Refill for the Tombow® High Performance Adhesive Tape Runner. Adhesive is five times stronger than standard tape runners. Adheres to a variety of surfaces including paper, cardstock, cork, wood, fabric, glass, plastic and rubber. For best results, roll to apply and swipe tip to the side for clean application.
