An affordable lateral file for light-duty use. Locking drawers with ball bearing slide suspension. Side-to-side rails hold letter/legal size files. Mechanical interlock allows only one drawer to open at a time to inhibit tipping. Two adjustable leveling glides help compensate for uneven flooring. Counterweight included to meet ANSI/BIFMA stability requirements.
